 Angela
Angela has a degree in Communication Disorders and Sociology from Baylor University. After graduation, she worked for 10 years as a Children’s Director at a church in Waco, Texas.
In 2002, she moved to New England to be a part of Children’s Hospital Boston. She offers proficient understanding of the types of hearing tests, losses and clinical protocols concerning follow up. She flourished in the clinical setting, working with families who needs varied from needing ear tubes to getting cochlear implants. It was this exposure that inspired her to re-engage in the field of Speech Pathology.
Angela wears many hats at Therapy Group Waco. You may see her in various schools administering speech and language therapy, planning an activity for Camp Read, or filling in at the front desk...you may even see her dressed up as a crazy character for our Language in the Classroom program!
